Refund Policy

At Tats Club, we want you to love your temporary tattoos as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:
✔ Your order arrived damaged or defective.
✔ You received the wrong item.
✔ Your order never arrived (lost in transit).

To qualify, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Refund Process

Once we verify your claim, we will share the address where to send the package back. Once we receive the package, the amount you paid for your order will be transferred to your provided account.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we can send you a replacement free of charge. Simply contact us with the necessary details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
🚫 Change of mind or personal preference
🚫 Used or applied tattoos
🚫 Incorrect application of the tattoo

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tats Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
